This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards for the Sales Engineering leadership team, focusing on capacity, utilization, pipeline health, SLA metrics, customer trends, and productivity insights.
• Create AI-driven workflows utilizing Python, Azure AI, LLMs, and various automation tools to enhance internal processes (including routing, assignments, data cleanup, and forecasting).
• Assist in data cleaning, the creation of datasets, and the development of analytical models that improve forecasting and customer segmentation.
• Aid in the construction of AI-based scoring models to assess customer health, predict renewals, and determine service demand.
• Produce internal documentation, playbooks, and instructional guides for dashboards and automation processes.
• Engage in customer calls alongside Solution Architects to provide insights on AI, dashboards, or recommendations for automation.
• Support demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives involving AI solutions from Cisco, Genesys, Juniper, Palo Alto, Dell, Extreme, and other partners.
• Convert technical AI outputs into straightforward business terminology suitable for customers and account teams.
• Assist in the integration of AI into C1 offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, or a related discipline.
• Foundational experience in Python, SQL, and analytics tools (with a preference for Power BI).
• Strong comprehension of AI/ML concepts (including regression, classification, LLMs, and data manipulation).
• Capability to communicate effectively, summarize insights, and support customer engagements.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a keen intellectual curiosity, and a readiness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with enterprise technologies from Cisco, Dell, Genesys, Palo Alto, and similar companies.
• Project involvement in developing models, dashboards, or AI applications.
• Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Azure AI, or data engineering principles (preferred).
• Understanding of APIs, automation frameworks, or basic full-stack development (preferred).
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or presales environments (preferred).
