AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable AI-driven solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Integrate various components (AI/ML, backend systems, third-party services) into a unified architecture.

• Offer technical estimations, advisory services, proof of concepts (PoCs), and support during pre-sales activities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify product and technical requirements.

• Partner with project managers to align the architecture with project goals and constraints.

• Convert complex business requirements into scalable and compliant technical architectures.

• Establish architectural standards, best practices, reference models, governance rules, CI/CD expectations, and operational guidelines.

• Assess existing client infrastructure and align new solutions accordingly.

• Balance functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, cost, and scalability.

• Lead and justify crucial technical decisions based on trade-offs and alternatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering and system design.

• More than 3 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.

• Strong expertise in Python programming.

• Practical experience with AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and Generative AI.

• Demonstrated experience in designing distributed systems and integration-heavy solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Practical experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.

• In-depth understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.

• Proven experience in consulting, pre-sales, and client-facing roles.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in English is a plus.

• Experience with LLM-based solutions, such as RAG and AI agents.

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Background in Data Engineering or Big Data.

• Relevant cloud certifications.
