AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create scalable AI-driven solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Integrate various components (AI/ML, backend systems, third-party services) into a unified architecture.

• Offer technical estimation, advisory services, proof of concepts (PoCs), and support throughout pre-sale activities.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and clarify product and technical requirements.

• Partner with project managers to ensure architecture aligns with project objectives and limitations.

• Convert complex business requirements into scalable and compliant technical architectures.

• Establish architectural standards, best practices, reference models, governance rules, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) expectations, and operational guidelines.

• Assess existing client infrastructure and adapt new solutions accordingly.

• Balance both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, cost, scalability).

• Lead and justify essential technical decisions based on trade-offs and alternatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering and system design.

• More than 3 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.

• Strong expertise in Python programming.

• Practical experience with AI/ML solutions, including large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

• Demonstrated experience in designing distributed systems and integration-heavy solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Robust understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.

• Proven success in consulting, pre-sales, and client-facing roles.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with LLM-based solutions (retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents).

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.

• Background in Data Engineering or Big Data technologies.

• Relevant cloud certifications.
