AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary authority on AI-related subjects throughout client interactions.

• Oversee the development of comprehensive AI architectures, encompassing data pipelines, model training environments, integrations, and MLOps strategies.

• Assess and choose suitable AI frameworks, tools, and models.

• Assist in decision-making for developing versus purchasing AI solutions.

• Guarantee that AI solutions meet security standards, ethical guidelines, and enterprise reliability requirements.

• Aid product management and innovation teams in pinpointing AI use cases that provide tangible business benefits (e.g., efficiency gains, enhanced customer value).

• Contribute to the formulation of AI strategies and roadmaps, including ideation workshops, AI hackathons, and architecture discussions.

• Offer technical leadership in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to deploy AI solutions into production.

• Track and enhance AI systems using performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimization techniques.

• Investigate and assess emerging AI technologies and their potential impact on business transformation.

• Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of AI throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Several years of demonstrated experience with AI applications and contemporary AI technologies (e.g., ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI).

• Familiarity with major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Experience with AI cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP AI).

• Strong comprehension of AI architecture design and execution.

• Experience with MLOps and the deployment of AI systems in production.

• Background in industrial settings (e.g., predictive maintenance) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation is a plus.

• Experience in establishing or contributing to AI Centers of Excellence or AI programs is beneficial.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

• Willingness to travel (for initial onboarding and occasional workshops).
