AI Social Media Video Editor

📋 Description

• The Social Media Video Editor is responsible for producing captivating, platform-optimized video content for marketing and educational purposes across various digital channels.

• Utilizing the latest AI-driven editing tools and post-production processes, this role transforms project briefs and scripts into high-quality videos that enhance audience engagement and boost production efficiency.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the editor employs best practices in social media algorithms, hook-driven storytelling, and content optimization for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, while continuously integrating new technologies to enhance performance and scalability.

• Utilize advanced AI-powered production workflows to deliver engaging, high-performing educational and social media video content at scale.

• Merge creative storytelling, automation, and platform expertise to create hook-driven videos that are optimized for learning outcomes, audience retention, and algorithmic distribution across professional and social networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in film production, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.

• Certification in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or relevant software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Over 2 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating a variety of short and long-form content.

• Experience in creating social media video content and advertisements.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects concurrently.

• Prior experience in a creative agency or fast-paced marketing setting is highly beneficial.

• Advanced skills in managing various design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while adhering to quality standards.

• Strong proficiency with Canva video editor.

• Familiarity with CapCut or similar software.

• Basic understanding of Premiere Pro or CapCut.

• Practical experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Veo, Runway, HeyGen, Descript, ElevenLabs, OpusClip, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Sora, or comparable platforms.
