AI Redesign Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Entering a designated area, engaging with individuals, and observing the actual dynamics of their work processes.

• Mapping the complete end-to-end process — not merely as documented, but as it genuinely operates.

• Conducting analysis to identify bottlenecks, unnecessary manual tasks, potential applications of AI, and the changes that can result.

• Designing a new process with consideration for technological capabilities, risks, and the necessity of human involvement at critical moments.

• Developing a business case, initiating a pilot program, measuring outcomes, and validating findings with the business and supporting functions like Finance, Controlling, Legal, and Technology teams.

• Creating playbooks and documentation to facilitate scaling into additional markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or process enhancement.

• Documented experience with projects that involved implementation — not solely analysis and recommendations.

• Strong analytical abilities and structured problem-solving skills — knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar methodologies.

• Practical, everyday application of AI tools in professional settings.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher — the role encompasses a group-wide scope.

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) or BPM is a plus.

• Familiarity with process mining or data-driven process improvement is advantageous.

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, finance, or customer care is a plus.

• Background in an international setting or involvement in cross-functional transformation programs is desirable.
