AI Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver product features from conception to deployment utilizing AI-assisted development (Claude Code, AI agents, expertise in Claude Code, etc.).

• Embed AI functionalities into the product (such as generation, automation, decision-making, and internal tools).

• Collaborate with APIs, services, and data to build scalable and dependable features.

• Consistently enhance development efficiency and quality through the use of AI tools and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong engineering background with 3-6 years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack engineer.

• Proven experience in creating tangible products or systems with significant ownership.

• Practical experience with LLMs and AI tools applied in real-world scenarios (beyond theoretical understanding).

• Capability to design and execute comprehensive workflows, including defining inputs, outputs, and system logic.

• Experience in integrating various external services and APIs (such as Notion, analytics tools, CRM, CI/CD).

• Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities — adept at deconstructing complex issues into organized solutions.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations with incomplete requirements.

• Ability to rapidly prototype and refine solutions while balancing speed and quality.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders.
