• Develop and implement AI-centric digital marketing strategies aimed at growth, scalability, and efficiency.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for automation and AI integration within marketing operations and workflows.
• Utilize insights driven by AI, audience intelligence, and predictive analytics to discover growth opportunities.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in MarTech, generative AI, conversational AI, and AI-driven SEO.
• Lead the creation of AI-assisted content across various platforms including blogs, landing pages, social media, paid campaigns, email marketing, and video marketing.
• Employ tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Google Vids, Copy.ai, and similar platforms for content ideation and production.
• Drive creative strategies that focus on conversion by utilizing adaptive and personalized content experiences.
• Oversee A/B testing, experimentation, and AI-driven optimization to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email, SEO, and outbound channels.
• Utilize AI-enhanced marketing platforms and automation tools to boost campaign efficiency and personalization.
• Align marketing efforts with sales and business development teams to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue generation.
• Develop account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and AI-powered dashboards.
• Convert key performance indicators such as CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and LTV into actionable business insights.
• Enhance funnel performance through the use of behavioral data, attribution models, and predictive forecasting.
• Create monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership.
• Establish scalable AI-powered workflows for outbound marketing, lead nurturing, CRM automation, and campaign management.
• Integrate and manage tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, RB2B, Zapier, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related platforms.
• Enhance internal marketing productivity through AI-assisted systems and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with content, design, development, PR, and sales teams.
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation, innovation, and AI adoption within the marketing team.
• Provide training to team members on emerging AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and executing campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in SEO, paid media, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Practical experience with contemporary AI platforms and content generation tools.
• In-depth understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI, digital marketing, automation, or analytics are advantageous.
