AI Graphic Designer – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of static and lifestyle ad creative across the **Google Display Network (GDN), Demand Gen,** and **Performance Max (PMax)** from start to finish.

• Conduct market research to define target avatars/personas and discover creative angles.

• Independently conceptualize, design, produce, and deliver ad creative.

• Create **direct response static ads** aimed at converting cold, top-of-funnel traffic, focusing on effectiveness rather than just aesthetics.

• Combine static ads with advertorials as part of the marketing funnel.

• Develop **lifestyle imagery** specifically designed for PMax and Demand Gen placements.

• Generate creative assets at scale across the entire Google static format range (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, and native display sizes).

• Analyze performance data to discern which elements are driving conversions.

• Engage in continuous testing, volume production, and variations, iterating based on results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing **static ecommerce ads** for Google (GDN, Demand Gen, PMax).

• In-depth knowledge of the **Google static format set** (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1, native display sizes).

• Practical experience with **AI creative tools** such as fal.ai, Higgsfield, Manus, and Claude.

• Strong understanding of **direct response design principles** — creating work that converts rather than merely looks appealing.

• Capability to interpret and act on **performance data** effectively.

• A testing-oriented mentality: comfortable generating a high volume of variations and iterating based on successful outcomes.

• A portfolio is required, showcasing static ad designs (preferably with a focus on direct response/performance-driven work).
