This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

• Configure, maintain, and enhance AI bots, AI assistants, and conversational workflows.

• Integrate AI systems with CRM platforms, telephony solutions, and internal tools.

• Assist in the implementation of AI automation initiatives across various departments.

• Monitor the performance of AI assistants and consistently improve their outputs and workflows.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Support teams in the adoption of AI-enhanced operational processes.

• Document workflows, configurations, and best practices.

• Troubleshoot issues related to AI workflows and coordinate with technical teams as necessary.

• Aid in expanding automation coverage and minimizing repetitive manual tasks.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

• Over 3 years of experience in automation, AI operations, systems integration, or technical enablement roles.

• Practical experience in configuring workflow automation tools or AI assistants.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, collaboration platforms, APIs, and integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
