AI Developer – LLMs & Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create AI and Generative AI applications utilizing LLMs and Python.

• Design and execute autonomous agent architectures and AI workflows (such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).

• Develop data pipelines and RAG solutions for the ingestion, transformation, and intelligent utilization of data.

• Incorporate language models and AI services into enterprise applications through APIs and microservices.

• Deploy, monitor, and enhance AI solutions in cloud environments, ensuring they are scalable and perform optimally.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Python and software development.

• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or similar).

• Experience with integrating AI model APIs (including OpenAI, Gemini, or open-source models).

• Understanding of data engineering and the construction of ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Proficiency in microservices architectures, Docker, and distributed systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms (like GCP, AWS, or Azure) for deploying and managing applications.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with RAG architectures and their integration with knowledge bases.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and scalable cloud architectures.

• Experience in observability, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI applications.

• A product-oriented mindset and experience working closely with business teams.
