This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Conceptualize, design, and enhance AI-driven content for LinkedIn, website, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

• Create high-impact prompts and content workflows encompassing text, images, and, when relevant, video.

• Independently generate creative assets for LinkedIn Ads, including hooks, copy, and visual concepts.

• Develop and optimize scalable content and performance processes leveraging AI technologies.

• Produce SEO-friendly landing pages and applicable use cases.

• Evaluate and analyze content performance using metrics such as CTR and engagement levels.

• Discover and assess new AI tools and marketing automation solutions.

• Collaborate closely with marketing teams and company leadership to brainstorm campaign concepts.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, AI, Media, or a similar discipline.

• Proven practical experience in content marketing through personal projects, student roles, or freelancing.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Runway AI, or similar platforms.

• Ability to differentiate between high-quality content and average content, particularly in a B2B/LinkedIn environment.

• A creative flair for developing hooks, storytelling, and visual communication.

• Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversions).

• A structured and independent working approach with a strong commitment to quality.

• Proficiency in the German language, both written and oral.
