AI Automation Strategist – Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discussions with founders, operators, and team leaders

• Analyze existing workflows across various departments (sales, operations, finance, marketing, etc.)

• Recognize bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes

• Assess what can be automated, enhanced with AI, or streamlined

• Create a comprehensive deliverable that outlines the current state of workflow breakdown

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in consulting, operations, product management, or systems design

• Solid knowledge of AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation platforms)

• Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.)

• Capability to deconstruct ambiguous challenges into organized plans

• Proficient in leading client-facing discussions
