AI Automation Strategist – Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discussions with founders, operators, and team leaders.

• Analyze existing workflows across various departments (sales, operations, finance, marketing, etc.).

• Identify challenges, inefficiencies, and manual processes.

• Assess what aspects can be automated or streamlined.

• Create a comprehensive deliverable that outlines the current state workflow and an implementation strategy.

• Convert the roadmap into detailed specifications for the implementation team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in consulting, operations, product management, or systems design.

• In-depth knowledge of: AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation platforms).

• Proficiency in workflow automation (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.).

• Capability to decompose ambiguous issues into organized plans.

• Comfortable leading discussions with clients.
