AI Automation Strategist – Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discussions with founders, operators, and team leaders.

• Analyze existing workflows across various departments (sales, operations, finance, marketing, etc.).

• Recognize bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual tasks.

• Pose insightful questions to reveal the actual workings (rather than merely relying on descriptions).

• Assess what can be: Automated, Enhanced with AI, Removed, or Simplified.

• Explore possibilities within: Off-the-shelf tools (such as Zapier, Make, GPT workflows, etc.) and Custom AI/agent-based solutions.

• Create a structured deliverable that includes: Current state workflow analysis, Identified automation prospects, Recommended solutions (tools, agents, systems), Implementation strategy (phased rollout), Estimated outcomes (time savings, cost reductions, revenue increases).

• Convert the roadmap into precise specifications for the implementation team.

• Collaborate with engineers/builders carrying out the tasks.

• Provide light project oversight to ensure consistency with the initial vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in consulting, operations, product management, or systems design.

• Solid comprehension of: AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation platforms).

• Experience with workflow automation (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.).

• Ability to dissect ambiguous challenges into organized plans.

• Comfortable leading discussions in client-facing scenarios.
