This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create a customized onboarding strategy that showcases your expertise
• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance sales initiatives
• Participate in initial discussions to identify and clarify customer challenges
• Deliver platform demonstrations tailored to various stakeholder levels
• Address technical inquiries, including RFPs and pre-sales questions
• Offer strategic insights on the implementation of identity programs
• Convert technical capabilities into tangible business results
• Work in conjunction with partners and internal teams across sales, product, and engineering
• Prior experience in SaaS pre-sales is highly beneficial
• Experience in selling or managing an identity platform
• Strong technical knowledge in Infrastructure, Governance & Access Management
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and AI-driven technologies
• Knowledge or experience in Identity Security and fundamental identity principles
• Understanding or hands-on experience with IaaS environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency in Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, and APIs is a plus
• A positive and self-assured demeanor
• Commitment to knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams
• Ability to present professionally to diverse audiences
