Ads & Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns.

• Track campaign performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Aid in budget pacing and expenditure monitoring.

• Support the testing of target audiences and the development of campaign structures.

• Coordinate initiatives for creative testing.

• Compile basic performance reports and updates.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on priorities and execution related to paid social.

• Oversee and facilitate daily social media activities.

• Maintain and refresh content calendars.

• Schedule and publish content across various social platforms.

• Organize and share content from community contributors and partners.

• Help develop captions and social media copy.

• Support audience engagement and community interactions as needed.

• Keep creative assets and content libraries well-organized.

• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery.

• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager.

• Knowledge of the structure, testing, and optimization of paid social campaigns.

• Experience in social media management across various platforms.

• Strong skills in organization and project coordination.

• Ability to assess campaign performance and convey insights effectively.

• Experience in content scheduling and managing calendars.

• Exceptional written communication and copywriting abilities.

• Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
