Ads & Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns.

• Track campaign performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Aid in budget pacing and expenditure monitoring.

• Support the development of audience testing and campaign structure.

• Coordinate initiatives for creative testing.

• Prepare basic performance reports and updates.

• Oversee and assist with daily social media activities.

• Keep content calendars updated and organized.

• Schedule and publish content across various social platforms.

• Organize and share content from community contributors and partners.

• Help with the development of captions and social media copy.

• Provide support for audience engagement and community interactions when necessary.

• Maintain orderly creative assets and content libraries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient content delivery.

• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager.

• Knowledge of paid social campaign structure, testing, and optimization techniques.

• Experience managing social media across multiple platforms.

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

• Familiarity with content scheduling and calendar management.

• Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.

• Detail-oriented and adept at managing various priorities.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
