Ads & Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns.

• Track campaign performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Help manage budget pacing and monitor spending.

• Facilitate audience testing and the development of campaign structures.

• Organize creative testing initiatives.

• Compile basic performance reports and updates.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on priorities and execution of paid social strategies.

• Oversee and support daily social media activities.

• Keep content calendars up to date and organized.

• Schedule and publish content on various social platforms.

• Curate and repost content from community contributors and partners.

• Assist in the development of captions and social media copy.

• Support audience engagement and community interactions as needed.

• Maintain organized creative assets and content libraries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient content delivery.

• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Knowledge of paid social campaign structures, testing, and optimization methods.

• Experience in social media management across various platforms.

• Strong skills in organization and project coordination.

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and convey insights effectively.

• Familiarity with content scheduling and managing calendars.

• Exceptional writing and copywriting abilities.
