Adobe LMS Developer, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Configure and enhance learning tracks, courses, cohorts, assessments, and reports within the LMS;

• Administer and tailor Adobe Learning Manager to meet business requirements;

• Implement and maintain integrations with academic systems and external platforms;

• Develop and support integrations through APIs and event-driven methods, as needed;

• Implement and oversee SSO (SAML/OIDC) along with access profiles and permissions;

• Support course modeling, learning progression, and development of learning pathways;

• Create and refine reports and learning analytics;

• Manage incident resolution and ongoing platform enhancements;

• Document configurations and assist in testing new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with LMS platforms, preferably Adobe Learning Manager (or comparable — please specify);

• Experience with API integrations and, when applicable, event-driven integrations;

• Understanding of SSO and identity management (SAML and/or OIDC);

• Experience with access control through roles and permissions;

• Background in course modeling, cohorts, learning progression, and reporting;

• Experience in designing learning pathways for healthcare/medical sectors, including:

• Competency-based management;

• Structured assessments;

• Educational rubrics.
