This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Extensive expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• Management and configuration of AEM Infrastructure and DevOps, including Dispatcher (CDN) and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficient in advanced Oak administration, including Tar Compaction routines and Datastore garbage collection
• Skilled in advanced troubleshooting through OSGi logs analysis
• Configuration of cluster topologies with multiple Authors and Publishers
• Backend development experience in AEM using Java, HTL (Sightly), and Sling Models
• Knowledgeable in access security and governance, including ACLs and Closed User Groups (CUGs)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, specifically native connectors with Adobe Target
• Expertise in content architecture, including JCR modeling and Editable Templates
• Proficient in workflow and project management
• Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), covering Sites, Assets (DAM), MSM, and OSGi/Sling/JCR architecture
• Experience in configuring and maintaining AEM Infrastructure and DevOps, including Dispatcher (CDN), CI/CD pipelines, Runmodes, SSL/TLS, and various environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
• Advanced Oak administration skills, including Tar Compaction routines, Datastore GC, workflow purge, and management of Lucene/Property indexes
• Proficient in advanced troubleshooting, including analysis of OSGi logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, and monitoring with New Relic
• Configuration of cluster topologies, including multiple Authors and Publishers, Cold/Hot Standby, and Disaster Recovery setups
• AEM backend development experience with Java, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, REST APIs, OSGi Services, Sling Jobs, and Event Listeners
• Knowledge in access security and governance, including ACLs, Closed User Groups (CUGs), Sling Referrer Filter, CORS policies, and vulnerability auditing
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, including native connectors with Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign, and Commerce; as well as API, CRM, and ERP integrations
• Skilled in content architecture, including JCR modeling, Editable Templates, Policies, Content Fragment Models (headless), Experience Fragments, MSM, and the Tagging Framework
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront (ALM) for workflow management and project and ticket tracking
• Experience in Adobe Target for A/B test configuration, personalization, and integration with AEM
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in AEM Sites Developer or AEM Architect is preferred
• Preferred experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and pipelines via Cloud Manager
• Knowledge of Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and headless/composable architectures is preferred
• Experience with bulk content migration tools such as Groovy scripts, import APIs, and AEM Bulk Import is preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) applied to managed AEM environments is preferred
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and optimization of ClientLibs for frontend performance is preferred
• Advanced English proficiency for direct technical support with international Adobe teams is preferred
