Accounts Receivable Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and prioritize a substantial accounts receivable portfolio across a diverse customer base.

• Engage with customers through more than 100 emails daily and at least 50 outbound calls each day.

• Facilitate timely payment collections while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Address inbound accounts receivable calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

• Evaluate customer communications and proactively tackle key issues to minimize repeat inquiries and back-and-forth interactions.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to service and parts billing.

• Clearly interpret and communicate third-party data exchanges to customers effectively.

• Keep accurate records, reporting, and system updates, including tracking in Excel.

• Collaborate with internal teams and use tools like SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows.

• Respond to internal and external inquiries within designated service-level timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume communication setting (both verbal and written).

• Previous remote work experience is required.

• Capability to swiftly identify key information and drive efficient resolutions.

• Proficient in Excel and SharePoint.

• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Customer service, collections, or accounts receivable experience is highly preferred.
