This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Carry out daily Accounts Receivable operational tasks with a high level of accuracy.

• Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without deviation.

• Perform repetitive daily tasks while ensuring both speed and precision.

• Carefully review work to catch errors before they escalate into larger issues.

• Promptly escalate questions, discrepancies, or process-related concerns.

• Achieve daily production goals and meet deadlines consistently.

• Keep accurate documentation and records up to date.

• Collaborate closely with the AR team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Communicate proactively regarding workload, delays, or potential challenges.

• Provide assistance with additional administrative and accounting support tasks as assigned.

• Prior experience in administrative roles, accounting support, bookkeeping, or Accounts Receivable is preferred.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks accurately over extended periods.

• Comfortable following detailed written instructions.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment are necessary.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Quick learner when it comes to new software applications.

• Self-motivated and trustworthy with minimal supervision required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experience with QuickBooks Online is advantageous but not mandatory.
