Accounting Analyst, SAP Business One

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute accounting entries and classifications;

• Document expenses that do not have an invoice;

• Assist in the recording of various revenues, including financial income;

• Log entries related to payroll;

• Document accounting entries for tax obligations;

• Aid in the bank reconciliation procedures;

• Reconcile accounts for customers and suppliers;

• Assist with the controls and reconciliations of recoverable and payable taxes;

• Support intercompany processes;

• Aid in the management of fixed asset controls and depreciation methods;

• Ensure that accounting records and departmental documents are well-organized and current.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting

• Familiarity with accounting procedures and workflows

• Essential: experience using SAP Business One

• Proficient in basic to intermediate Excel skills.
