Accounting Analyst, SAP B1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute accounting entries and classifications;

• Document expense entries in the absence of invoices;

• Assist in posting various types of revenues, including financial income;

• Record entries related to payroll;

• Log accounting entries pertaining to tax payments;

• Aid in the bank reconciliation processes;

• Carry out reconciliations for both customers and suppliers;

• Support the controls and reconciliations of recoverable and payable taxes;

• Assist with intercompany processes;

• Help manage fixed asset control and depreciation;

• Ensure the organization and maintenance of up-to-date accounting records and departmental documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting;

• Familiarity with accounting procedures and practices;

• Essential knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1);

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
