Accounting Analyst – Mid to Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Calculation of both direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ/CSLL and PIS/COFINS, respectively)

• Reconciliations and thorough analysis of all balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Preparation of monthly accounting close, trial balances, management reports, and the comprehensive set of financial statements

• Preparation and submission of SPED ECD and ECF

• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/CPC)

• In-depth knowledge of companies operating under the "Lucro Real" and "Lucro Presumido" taxation regimes, as well as the cumulative and non-cumulative regimes for PIS and COFINS

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Prior experience in an accounting firm

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Familiarity with the TOTVS Protheus ERP system

• Proficiency in English is advantageous
