Accountant, CPA – Per Diem or Per Contract Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support the creation of audit plans and work programs.

• Implement audit procedures, which encompass testing controls, substantive procedures, and analytical reviews.

• Assess the effectiveness of the client's internal controls.

• Recognize and document audit issues and findings.

• Analyze financial statements for precision and adherence to relevant accounting standards.

• Aid in drafting audit reports and management letters.

• Collaborate with client personnel to collect information and resolve audit-related inquiries.

• Present audit findings and suggestions to client management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.

• CPA license is MANDATORY.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting is required.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Keen attention to detail and precision.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
