This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Comprehend customer requirements and position Salesforce's product as the optimal solution to address their challenges.
• Create and deliver tailored demonstrations of Salesforce products.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the customer’s technology as it relates to Salesforce solutions.
• Engage in relevant product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and uphold the necessary knowledge for effectiveness in the role.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly goals set by management.
• Willingness to travel based on territory assignments and regions.
• More than 5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, Customer Success, or similar positions.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate within a team to tackle technical challenges across diverse environments.
• Familiarity with relevant applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
• Possession of Salesforce Certifications.
• Experience in the industry.
• Basic programming knowledge in HTML and other web-based technologies.
