This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Cultivate professional relationships with clients.
• Assist clients in enhancing their dealership's online visibility.
• Sustain customer relationships by adding value, retaining clients, and offering additional marketing and website services.
• Effectively communicate the services provided and their associated value.
• Utilize various tools and statistical data to recommend enhancements.
• Conduct monthly reporting calls with clients.
• Oversee assigned accounts with a focus on revenue growth and client retention.
• Market and promote additional marketing and website solutions.
• Evaluate and monitor services to ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients.
• Address incoming customer inquiries and deliver suitable solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and manage accounts.
• Identify risks to retention and proactively work to mitigate them.
• Engage in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service.
• At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable, energetic, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Capability to type at least 45 words per minute.
• Proficient in multitasking effectively.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with working knowledge of Google Apps.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability.
