This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Spearhead new customer acquisition initiatives throughout Ohio, emphasizing the commercial real estate and multifamily sectors.
• Develop and implement a territory growth strategy focused on proactive outreach, discovery, and sustained account development.
• Oversee the prospect and customer-facing phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Deliver compelling product and solution demonstrations, aligning customer requirements with cloud, on-premises, or hybrid physical security solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and Technical Account Management to guarantee precise solution design and seamless project transitions.
• Represent K Group Companies at industry events, networking opportunities, and regional functions.
• Maintain precise CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and activity reports.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, assisting them in modernizing outdated systems and planning long-term technology refresh cycles.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fields of physical security, low voltage integration, IT services, or similar technical sectors.
• Strong consultative selling abilities, with a knack for conducting discovery sessions, demonstrating value, and customizing solutions to meet customer needs.
• High level of comfort with prospecting and nurturing new relationships; territory expansion demands initiative and discipline.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High integrity, strong follow-through, and a dedication to addressing real challenges for customers.
• Willingness to travel regionally throughout Ohio for meetings, site visits, and relationship-building activities.
