This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Cultivate a robust safety culture by emphasizing safety risks and increasing team awareness.
β’ Manage team operations and focus on the impacts of emergency response (ER) and forced outages.
β’ Guarantee the provision of standard work outputs (ER, RCA, and technical communications) by mentoring engineers involved with accessory systems.
β’ Eliminate obstacles to team success by building and utilizing a solid internal network while driving process enhancements.
β’ Support and guide team members in reaching their personal development objectives.
β’ Recognize emerging issues, formulate measures to safeguard the customer fleet, and relay this information to the appropriate audience (TILs, PSxBs, ETCs, OnTheGo alerts, etc.).
β’ Collaborate with Design Engineering, the Chief Engineering Office, Product Safety Engineering, Product Management, Regional Customer Engineering Centers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Vendors, and Customers to offer prompt technical solutions.
β’ Bachelorβs and/or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
β’ At least 8 years of hands-on experience with GE/Alstom accessory and/or power plant systems.
