Academic Consultant – Educational Data Analysis, Excel, Power BI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement management dashboards to track academic indicators.

• Develop data visualizations that facilitate informed decision-making.

• Set up pertinent metrics and KPIs for monitoring specific areas.

• Suggest automation solutions for the updating and filling of dashboards.

• Detect bottlenecks and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

• Recommend standardizations and templates to optimize processes.

• Collaborate closely with health course coordinators throughout the project.

• Deliver training sessions for health course coordinators.

• Evaluate the process of creating, updating, and approving curricular matrices.

• Ensure adherence to National Curriculum Guidelines (DCNs) and current regulations through template evaluations.

• Suggest improvements in the organization and documentation of curricular matrices.

• Perform diagnostics on existing Academic Management processes.

• Identify redundancies, bottlenecks, and potential areas for optimization.

• Recommend redesigned workflows aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality.

• Prepare process documentation, including mapping and operating procedures.

• Advise on tools and technologies to automate various activities.

• Supervise the creation of health teaching materials and provide necessary support.

• Assist the content coordinator as needed.

• Understanding of educational legislation and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proactive mindset towards problem-solving.

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.

• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively.

• Familiarity with teaching methodologies.

• Degree in Data Science.

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with Power BI.
