Working Student — Content Marketing, Internal Communication & Website

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist with internal communication initiatives.

• Support the creation, management, and maintenance of content and pages on SharePoint in collaboration with relevant departments.

• Engage in the analysis and ongoing enhancement of internal communication formats.

• Develop content, graphics, and visual materials.

• Ensure consistent brand representation and compliance with corporate identity/design standards.

• Aid in the design, upkeep, and further development of the AdEx Partners website.

• Contribute to the execution of SEO and GEO optimization strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university in Communication, Media, Marketing, Business/Economics, or a similar degree program.

• Strong enthusiasm for internal communication and content creation and preparation.

• Excellent language skills with a keen understanding of target audience-oriented communication.

• Organized, independent, and proactive work style, capable of advancing topics independently.

• Strong communication abilities coupled with a hands-on approach.

• Ideally, some practical experience in communication or content creation.

• Proficient in content management systems (e.g., SharePoint) and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).

• Excellent German and English language skills, both verbal and written.

• Interest in a long-term collaboration (minimum of 1 year).
