Web Developer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop internal tools from start to finish, encompassing front-end design, logic, and data management to transform a rough process into a reliable application.

• Leverage AI technologies to accelerate development.

• Utilize Gemini and similar tools for quick prototyping and deployment, ensuring that quality is never compromised.

• Achieve seamless integration across various systems.

• Connect tools to Google, Firebase, and Contour's internal systems efficiently.

• Ensure safety and maintainability by implementing sound architecture, protecting sensitive information, and creating comprehensive documentation for others to follow.

• Identify the core issue at hand by understanding the actual workflow and designing solutions accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering functional software or tools in a professional environment.

• Ability to create a small application from start to finish, such as a React app with a Firebase backend.

• Proficient in JavaScript and Google Apps Script.

• Skilled in using AI for coding, with a strong intuition for creating safe and maintainable applications.

• Solid understanding of product development and business needs: you focus on building the right solutions rather than just fulfilling specifications.

• Comfortable working across different time zones, with availability during Australian business hours.

• Hands-on experience with React, Firebase, or Gemini and similar LLM APIs.

• Familiarity with Make.com or other integration tools.

• Background in educational technology or experience in media, video, or pipeline tooling.
