• **Roles & Responsibilities

• - Directing the creative process for project engagements.

• - Developing and presenting design ideas and concepts for digital experiences, primarily websites but occasionally applications.

• - Preparing creative briefs and/or other assets and showcasing design ideas to all relevant stakeholders.

• - Producing wireframes (or similar creative definition artifacts) and converting them into user-friendly interfaces.

• - Collaborating with technical and analytical teammates to ensure all designs align with brand identity while meeting usability and website standards.

• - Ensuring design, UI/UX, and content consistency across all Inclined branded experiences.

• Strong UI skills are essential.

• Experience in integrating beautiful brand identities into captivating digital experiences (websites and applications) is required.

• A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach who is eager to accomplish tasks. We value team players who are willing to engage and take ownership without the need for micromanagement.

• Enjoy working within a small, distributed team environment.

• Proficiency in Figma is necessary.

• You should be a collaborative team member. Every project is the result of teamwork. This role may not be suitable if you prefer to work solo on design projects.

• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
