This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Perform employment-related verifications for job history, educational degrees or diplomas, certifications, licenses, and both professional and personal references.
• Execute both domestic and international verification processes.
• Carry out specialized verifications such as Don’t Pass The Trash (DPTT) checks.
• Adhere to departmental protocols for all verification activities.
• Prioritize and manage workload effectively, ensuring timely attempts and follow-ups on verifications.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
• Keep accurate records and notes of calls, emails, faxes, and mailed requests.
• Accurately receive and document verification information.
• Assess verification data for quality and compliance with AccuSourceHR standards and protocols.
• Maintain communication with all parties involved in the verification process.
• Interact professionally with clients or applicants regarding any missing information or required documents.
• Achieve or surpass minimum service expectations while remaining within established error limits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma (or GED) is mandatory; or a minimum of 5 years of screening experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to write clearly and informatively.
• Flawless spelling and grammar skills.
• Proficient in communicating through email, phone, and Teams.
• Ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
• Effective and professional communication of ideas.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain a polite, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Strong listening skills.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Proficient in internet navigation skills.
• Quick analysis of information and identification of discrepancies.
