Vendor & Compliance Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Support vendor due diligence activities within Ncontracts

• Organize and maintain vendor profiles along with their supporting documents

• Update legacy vendor profiles (over 147) to meet current standards

• Monitor completion status and keep organized, structured records

• Generate standardized reports utilizing vendor data

• Analyze Comergence reports for designated loan officers

• Compile findings and prepare reports for assessment

• Ensure reports are prepared for internal review by mid-week (targeting Wednesday)

• Format and prepare communications for loan officers and marketing teams

• Track and oversee the activity and progress of the offshore team

• Assist in facilitating communication between teams

• Support the implementation of standardized processes through documentation and reporting

• Maintain trackers and task lists in Excel

• Provide daily status updates and help with prioritization planning

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Availability for full-time work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

• High organizational skills and adherence to processes

• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and managing data

• Experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services is preferred

• Familiarity with compliance or vendor management processes is a plus

• Background in reporting and documentation workflows is advantageous

• Knowledge of tools such as Ncontracts, Comergence, or Encompass is preferred
