This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to collect insights that guide design decisions.
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and wireframes to illustrate and convey user behavior.
• Collaborate with project managers, lead designers, messaging and strategy professionals, as well as developers to establish MVP scope and project objectives.
• Convert requirements and feedback into clear, user-focused design solutions.
• Refine designs based on user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Design responsive, high-quality user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Develop components, layouts, and visual elements that adhere to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Create prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and motion intents.
• Work alongside senior designers to uphold quality, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, brand & visual, motion, and 3D designers to ensure creative cohesion and consistency.
• Partner closely with developers and PMs throughout the design and implementation process.
• Engage in design critiques, utilizing feedback to enhance work and support project outcomes.
• Maintain a curious mindset — consistently seeking to learn new tools, trends, and technologies to broaden your skill set.
• Contribute to internal documentation, design libraries, and process enhancements.
• Assist in refining BRIGHTSCOUT’s design systems and standards.
• Over 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within a digital or creative agency setting.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates the UX process, UI execution, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, and best practices in accessibility.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills — capable of presenting work clearly and confidently.
• Ability to balance creativity, structure, and deadlines in a remote-first environment.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team.
• It's a plus: Experience in facilitating user research or usability testing.
• Familiarity with analytics or data-driven design optimization.
