UX/UI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and organize quality processes within the IDP.

• Promote collaboration across various departments (management, product, and technical teams).

• Integrate and advance development pathways on the IDP platform.

• Perform user research (UX Research).

• Discover opportunities to enhance the user experience.

• Lead ongoing evolution cycles of:

• Information architecture.

• Interface design (UI).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam (UX/UI design and collaboration).

• Experience with Mosaik CMS.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.

• Knowledge of Businessmap (management and workflow).
