UI Brand Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Envision and create innovative brand designs tailored for digital environments.

• Design and enhance digital touchpoints to foster a comprehensive brand experience.

• Develop visually attractive, user-focused design concepts that balance aesthetics and functionality.

• Create brand components such as logos, typography, color schemes, icons, and imagery as part of a cohesive design system.

• Conceptualize, design, and generate UI assets, documentation, and libraries.

• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and other creative teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technology.

• Engage in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the formation of design strategies.

• Prepare for and participate in client presentations.

• Effectively and independently manage subprojects.

• Assist in the creation of presentations, executing projects independently or as part of a team.

• Work closely with the team to devise creative and innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in digital design, particularly focused on UI design and brand development.

• A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related qualification.

• Proficient knowledge of standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).

• Experience in designing UI/UX with a solid understanding of design principles within the digital space.

• Basic familiarity with motion design (e.g., After Effects or similar tools) is advantageous.

• You are creative, possess a keen attention to detail, and maintain an organized approach to your work.

• A strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently.
