This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of courses (content, exercises, tests) in collaboration with the instructor.

• One-on-one sessions with participants to address subject-related questions.

• Conducting skill tutoring sessions.

• Administration and evaluation of final examinations.

• Monitoring and assessing assignments.

• Updating course materials and optimizing the course structure.

• Creation of new exercises.

• Coordination of sessions and scheduling.

• Supporting platform product managers with course updates on our learning platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of practical experience in payroll accounting.

• Good to very good knowledge of DATEV.

• Enthusiasm for continuously integrating new technologies and (AI) tools into your daily work.

• Initial experience in knowledge transfer is desirable, e.g., as a tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research assistant.

• Completed university degree or a comparable educational qualification.

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.

• Basic to good English skills with an understanding of digital tools and technical terminology.
