This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out supplier data management and reporting tasks, ensuring precision, uniformity, and compliance.
• Monitor supplier revenues, commissions, and incentives.
• Assist in the preparation of income statements, forecasts, and budgets, verifying key figures against supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory protocols, maintaining documentation that is ready for audits.
• Consolidate supplier KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring the accuracy of reports and their timely delivery to internal stakeholders.
• Support tracking of supplier contracts and compliance oversight, aligning reports with specific functional plans to reflect business and contractual expectations.
• Generate regular reports and scorecards within the assigned function, incorporating data accuracy checks and contextual notes to enhance business insights.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and automation, in line with global standards.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify gaps in data reporting and contribute to projects aimed at developing new tools and dashboards that cater to changing business needs.
• Liaise with other departments, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, for supplier updates and data validation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous analytical, financial, or reporting experience in the travel industry in a similar supplier management role, focusing on contract financial tracking and modeling.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Familiarity with reporting systems such as Power BI, Databricks, and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
