This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a representative for Noctrix in direct virtual interactions with patients, encompassing application training, product demonstrations, and both proactive and reactive therapy support.
• Function as a consultant for clinicians and technicians throughout the implementation phase and calibration sessions, ensuring seamless and effective integration of our product.
• Identify therapy support needs and provide constructive feedback to the product management and development teams.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians and functional teams to suggest content for training courses and materials.
• Sustain current relationships with patients, alongside our clinical and business stakeholders.
• Accurately log and manage customer interactions in Salesforce to guarantee precise and current data capture for client relationship management.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in biology or a health-related field is recommended and preferred for various promotional opportunities.
• A consistently positive attitude, showcasing a commitment to going the extra mile in assisting individuals with their challenges, while providing empathetic support and solutions with patience and understanding.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a strong capacity to empathize and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical users, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for patients seeking therapy or technical help.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an impressive ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Capability to understand, convey, coach, and instruct others on the clinical aspects and technical usage of the product.
• Proficient in diagnosing complex customer issues across different functions with minimal guidance, utilizing new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• A robust sense of ownership and accountability.
• Capacity to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a complex and challenging environment.
• Previous experience in the sleep or neuromodulation sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is also considered a plus.
• This is a full-time, remote position with the possibility of up to 10% travel during the first year.
