This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through virtual consultations.
• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventative care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely charting.
• Address patient inquiries and manage administrative messages and tasks.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours each week, which includes consultations, medical advice, and prescribing as clinically appropriate.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology obtained through an ACGME-accredited program.
• A valid, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on compassion and clarity.
• Ability to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Dedication to evidence-based clinical practices.
• Comfort with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• At least 2 years of continuous practice experience treating patients with an MD/DO license.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• Experience in women’s health is a plus.
• Flexibility and autonomy of a 1099 contract.
