This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical support, field services, and installation assistance for both hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct equipment installations, diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site at customer locations.
• Ensure dependable product performance while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
• Monitor the health of customer products and identify emerging trends.
• Supervise equipment installations on vehicles and trailers, and educate OEMs on installation procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues through both remote assistance and in-field support.
• A 2-year technical degree is preferred.
• A 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical and customer support experience is required.
• An IT or engineering/technical background is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in the field (installations and troubleshooting) on vehicles and trailers.
• Mechanical aptitude is essential; should be comfortable working with wiring and power tools as necessary.
• Basic knowledge of 12 VDC wiring and cellular network operations is required.
• Familiarity with API data utilization through third-party groups is beneficial.
• Experience in creating dynamic tools using Excel and Power BI is preferred.
