Solidity Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and evaluate Solidity smart contracts for data tokenization, licensing, and pricing operations.

• Build resilient on-chain data structures to represent enterprise datasets, associated metadata, and access conditions.

• Develop marketplace and exchange components including order books, escrow systems, dispute resolution mechanisms, and royalty functions.

• Implement pricing strategies based on financial derivatives (e.g., options pricing, bonding curves, auction methodologies).

• Enhance gas efficiency and ensure contract upgradability when necessary through the use of proxies or modular contracts.

• Partner with auditors and internal security teams to strengthen contracts against potential vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate across product and protocol teams to outline new features and mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Solidity development with a strong portfolio showcasing deployed smart contracts.

• Solid understanding of EVM architecture, smart contract security, and gas optimization techniques.

• Experience in building or contributing to Web3 exchanges, NFT marketplaces, or DeFi protocols.

• Extensive knowledge of data modeling, intricate storage patterns, and design patterns specific to Solidity.

• Familiarity with token standards (ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, ERC4626) and frameworks for upgradeable contracts.

• Exposure to pricing mechanisms, including dynamic pricing curves, auctions, or option-like instruments.

• Proficient with development tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Tenderly, etc.) and testing frameworks (Chai, Waffle).

• Comfortable working with Git-based workflows and agile engineering methodologies.
