Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish the comprehensive UX vision and UI design framework for our omnichannel ecosystem, ensuring a smooth user transition across web, mobile, and voice/AI interfaces.

• Design advanced, user-centric analytics tools.

• Spearhead the design strategy for features driven by AI.

• Manage and enhance a scalable Design System that upholds brand integrity while accommodating data-intensive components across all platforms.

• Act as the liaison between Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders, converting intricate business requirements into high-level user flows and intuitive wireframes.

• Lead usability testing and competitive analysis to guarantee our AI and analytics solutions address genuine user challenges instead of merely introducing "technology for technology's sake."

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in UX Strategy, Interaction Design, or Product Design.

• Expertise in data visualization principles; capability to minimize cognitive load while effectively presenting "dense" information through intuitive charts and KPIs.

• Profound understanding of maintaining "state" and context for users as they navigate across various devices and platforms.

• Experience in designing for Generative AI or Predictive Analytics, emphasizing the psychology of human-AI interaction (trust, feedback loops, and agency).

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and contemporary prototyping tools.

• Background in designing for high-stakes environments where data privacy (HIPAA) and cognitive load are paramount.

• Experience simplifying "dense" healthcare data (EHRs, lab results, or insurance claims) to make it easily actionable for the end-user.
