This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take Charge of the Journey: Design and enhance essential growth areas such as landing pages, onboarding processes, pricing structures, checkout experiences, and upgrade pathways.
• Integrate the Experience: Ensure that the overall journey is cohesive across marketing channels and in-product interactions.
• Spearhead GTM Design: Assist in go-to-market initiatives on the website, throughout the customer lifecycle (email, in-app), and during feature rollouts.
• Foster Experimentation: Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to formulate hypotheses, conduct A/B testing, and iterate based on insights gained.
• Prototype for Insight: Rapidly develop concepts to test and validate ideas, enabling quicker decisions with greater confidence.
• Enhance Conversion Rates: Utilize data and research to identify friction points, optimize user flows, and improve key performance metrics.
• Elevate Standards: Strive to enhance the quality of visual, interactive, and motion design across all projects you engage with.
• Over 5 years of Product-Led Growth Experience: You possess a deep understanding of how funnels, conversion rates, and experimentation manifest in real products and contribute to business success.
• Journey-Oriented Mindset: You intuitively think in terms of flows and systems, emphasizing the time taken to achieve initial value.
• Narrative Talent: You have the ability to distill complex concepts and maintain a coherent narrative across various touchpoints.
• Attention to Craft: You are detail-oriented, and this is reflected in your visual and interaction design work, with experience in brand and product presentation.
• Experimentation Proficiency: You have a background in A/B testing and know how to design for iterative improvement rather than seeking perfection.
• Rapid Prototyping Skills: Proficient in quickly bringing ideas to fruition using modern design tools.
• Data-Informed: You leverage data and research to inform decisions without becoming bogged down by it.
• Collaborative Spirit: You work effectively with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams and are adaptable to changing circumstances.
