Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Design intuitive and captivating user interfaces that embody the brand identity and values of our clients in the iGaming sector.

• Perform comprehensive research on user behaviors and preferences to guide the design process and ensure the development of user-centric designs.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to convert business requirements into visually stunning and functional design concepts.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to clearly convey design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

• Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to refine designs and improve the overall user experience.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the iGaming field to integrate innovative design solutions into our projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably a degree in IT, UI/UX, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Strong understanding of UX and user-centered design principles.

• Proficient with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, and prototyping tools like Origami Studio, Noodl, Framer, Proto.io, and UX Pin.

• Experience in data-driven design utilizing Google Analytics, A/B testing, and HotJar.

• Proven expertise in conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative studies.

• Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and AfterEffects.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and engage with all levels of employees and management while multitasking.

• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

• Consistently meets deadlines with great attention to detail.

• In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry and its users.

• Eagerness to learn and expand UI/UX knowledge.

• Professional proficiency in English.
