Senior Site Reliability Engineer, SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the reliability, availability, and operational excellence of critical production systems for the business.

• Establish metrics for measuring reliability.

• Lead the response to incidents during production outages.

• Spearhead the observability strategy.

• Continuously enhance operational practices within high-availability environments.

• Oversee SLOs and lead major incident management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience in managing production systems within high-availability environments.

• Practical experience in defining and managing SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budgets.

• Experience in leading incident response for production issues and managing Incident Command.

• Strong background in observability and monitoring techniques.

• Proficient software engineering skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.

• Experience with cloud platforms.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
